I am really sorry I have to write negative review because I really love Kiehl's. But this product is a big disappointment. It leaves an unpleasant coating on my hair. It doesn't leave my hair smooth. I should had bought oil leave-in treatment instead.

The temperature is good and the ioniser cold button really cools the head and hair very quickly. The different ends are quick and easy to attatch but the hair drier has to be cold before they can be removed.
