Very happy with my purchase which was to replace old Nicky Clarke straighteners. I'm pleased that you can adjust the temperature to the type of hair.very easy to use.

The buttons are right in the place you would add pressure of the thumb to close straighteners around the hair ...haven't seen any evidence of shine on the hair. Have to go over the hair many times for small effect, overall not impressed at all .
