These were a great idea in theory. A nice big barrel to give a big lose curl. They got hot but after wrapping my (very fine) hair around them for about 10 seconds my hair was just as straight as before but perhaps with a tiny flick at the bottom....

I have very long hair and wanted a big curl or wave, but it just caused the ends of my hair to flick out, when i left it on for longer it singed my hair

These tongs didn't get hot enough to make even the slightest wave, never mind a curl - even on very fine hair. Very disappointed with them and returned them for a refund.

This tong is great for creating large soft waves but not for a strong curl - go for a smaller barrel if you want a tighter effect. I find this much easier to use than a wand as it has a grip to keep the hair ends in place as you roll.

This item was ok I say I'd recommend it but I would explain that it takes a long time to use especially if you got long hair as to get the full effect you would need to use small sections once finally finished and played about wiv hair it did look...

Just what the daughter wanted, she loves these tongs and uses them a great deal.

bought it for curls, not to good for my hair which is shoulder length,its a bit like a curved hair straightener,gives a kink of a curl. Was hoping for a more curlier result.

I took these back it took an age to curl my long hair and then the curl just fell out

These are great for big curls - they do get very hot but are fab. I love them :-)
