Does as the description suggests. It's a good sturdy device that works just as well wet as it does dry.

Bought this for a present for nephew. Feedback from him was good and it serves its purpose. Price good value.

Cuts hair around ears great but I find it tickles my nose when cutting nasal hairs. Good value.

I've had one of these before which was lost so replaced it with the same one as it was so good.
