Powerful audio performance with deep bass ; Water-resistant design ; Adjustable EQ in app ; Supports AAC and AptX Bluetooth codecs

Expensive ; On-ear controls are frustrating to operate ; Audio signature isn't very accurate

The water-resistant, bass-forward Adidas FWD-02 Sport earphones can't keep up with similarly priced true wireless competitors that offer more features and stronger performance.

Adidas FWD-02 Sport review: Cool-looking buds but flaky functionality

The Adidas FWD-02 are certainly cut from the same aesthetic cloth as the brand's running shoes, but these buds lack audio quality.

Consider the Adidas FWD-02 Sport if you like your wireless earbuds to match your workout gear and pump out strong bass. Otherwise, look at top performers like the Jabra Elite Active 75t or Beats Fit Pro to meet your exercise needs.

The FWD-02 Sport offer the best value of Adidas' true wireless series. They're comfy, easy to operate and feature a solid awareness mode

Plenty of options for getting the right fit ; Comfy fit ; Rich, punchy and weighty bass ; Natural-sounding awareness mode

Not particularly dynamic or subtle sounding ; Earbud can move about with energetic exercise ; Average IP resistance for a gym-ready pair
