Very good sound, short cord

 

The cords to each ear are not symmetrical -- the left ear is much shorter. This keeps the microphone closer to your mouth. It is a clever design -- if the cords were both short, it would be a choker. And if you're using just the left earbud on a phone...

Sound quality is very good. Has great bass response - as good or better than all my other earbuds. Good for listening to pop/rock/trance, and also gaming - good rumble/explosions. Mid and high response is good -- classical music has good presence --...

The cord is short -- about 2' to the microphone. This works well if you're working in front of your laptop. But leaning over to get a piece of paper off the printer can be a stretch

Poor sounding

 

I bought these at F--'s and got them free after rebate. Take it from me, these sound as good as one step up from listening to mono output. Since I got them for free I won't complain. I'll just toss them in the garbage.

Reasonably good

 

I bought these to replace my standard gaming headset. They sound very good, and are comfortable for long periods of time. Depending upon your workspace arrangements, you may need cable extensions.

Sound decent ; Mike works adequately ; Lightweight (duh)

cables could stand to be a bit longer (docked an egg, for this) ; the left ear cable is shorter than the right ; I would have preferred they were equal length

Junk at the top of the list...

 

ASUS makes some great products, but this is NOT one of them.

1.)The speaker on my cell phone is louder then this headset. It's lacking any bass what so ever. Cords to ear buds don't line up, One is about 6 inches and other is over a foot
