Convenient, Good call quality

Poor music quality, Flimsy design

The X5 is a functional Bluetooth headset that does what it claims, but is really let down by poor quality audio, making it hard to recommend as a replacement for your current pair of headphones.

Worthless

 

Fairly cheap construction and not very comfortable. I guess you get what you pay for.

They were on sale. Very good customer service over the phone

Sent the 1st pair back because they wouldn't charge. The second paid did the same thing. I called Blue Ant. Their solution was to use an eraser on the battery contacts. This worked. But when I finally tested them I found the sound quality was terrible....

I wonder who invented this behind the ear headset? This vase shape design is not comfortable to wear and it is not one size fits all. It's too bad that I can't use it while I'm driving because I might get pull over for it.

Disappointment

 

Construction is a bit flimsy. The sound quality has gotten gradually worse over the year. Battery life is still acceptable.

Light weight. Folds nicely to fit into my backpack. Range is around 45ft. Has contiunued working for almost a year now. Good battery life and quick charging. (Although used infrequently, see cons.)

Poor sound quality, hiss and distortion on Mac and also PC using BT. Uncomfortable, i can only wear for about 45 min before my ears begin to hurt. I cannot recommend this headset
