It is fairly rare to find all these key factors in one set of headphones: noise cancelling, Bluetooth, connect via cable as well, folding, USB charging, built-in mic and phone controls. Good build quality.

Bluetooth button a bit small, travel carry case is appreciated, but ideally should be smaller.
