Grado Labs iGrado

The iGrado headphones may use the same drivers as the popular SR60, but they don't sound—or look—nearly as good.

Good bass. Comfortable. Compact behind-the-neck design.

Less-than-stylish looks. Highs are slightly muted. Mids are too powerful.

CardScan Executive 700c

Thanks primarily to its software, the CardScan Executive 700c is one of the best choices available for turning stacks of business cards into computer-searchable data.

Small footprint. Powered through the USB connection. Impressively accurate OCR and parsing of information. Exchanges data with Microsoft Outlook and other contact-management programs.

No automatic document feeder.

Grado Labs iGrado Headphones Review - Intro

The iGrado headphones from Grado Labs have a serious case of the i's. Presumably named in honor of Apple's ubiquitous iPod, these headphones are meant for use with portable media devices. The cord is a bit less than four feet in length, which will...

The design is modest, but not boring. You won't feel embarassed wearing these. ; Did well on distortion and frequency response for the most part. Less leakage than other open-backed headphones.; Not heavy, compact for its form factor.; If you strictly...

The plastic band is brittle and could break if twisted or pulled too far.; Even in the categories where it did well, the iGrado headphones didn't out-perform many headphones.; These headphones can be very uncomfortable. They aren't as portable as they...

Let's be honest; the iGrados are built to a budget. And the sound quality is great for the $50 price tag, although not good enough for serious listeners. The main issues we had with the iGrado headphones were comfort and range of use. They just aren't...

Grado iGrado Headphones

Since the 1980's, people everywhere have been using personal music players of one kind or another. The demand for comfortable headphones is higher than ever before but we don't want to exchange comfort for audio quality either. Most standard...

Great design for active users, comfortable, excellent sound reproduction

Could use a little bit longer cord

These are excellent headphones for active people and their MP3 players. The ear loops prevent the headphones from falling off while jogging or running making these a great buy for anyone who listens to their MP3 players while exercising. The only...

to insinuate, work one's way in, or intimate. Really, in a world where the term "media player" has been replaced with "iPod" it's hard to fault the iGrados for adopting such powerful nomenclature. Factor in the $49.99 price tag and the implied quality...

The cord is relatively thin, and retains a dimple down the middle that differentiates between the two separate channels. The whole deal ends with a 3.5mm (1/4 inch) plug

The iGrados will give you a brillantly well-judged sound at an incedible price

Offer superb detail and sense of scale ; excellent value

Leak sound so no use for commuting

Not worth the entire price

I listen to music for long periods of time in one sitting and naturally that requires good comfortable headphones. These fullfil that for the first hour and then subsequently they start to squeeze your ears as the material pushes up against it. If you...
