The BT2020 comes at a very reasonable price, but we prefer the design of a regular Bluetooth headset.

love this brand

 

Just placed an order for another. One for each car!

This little gadget works great no problem paring to my phone the sound is crystal clear

I wish it had independent up and down volume controls like the model before, instead it has one button volume control. Not a big deal just convienent

Not worth any amount of money...

 

I cannot believe that Jabra even considered putting this model on the market with their name on it... I have come to expect a lot more from them based on my past experiences with their products. In my opinion, it's not worth any amount of money so buy...

Slim lightweight design and long battery life

Sound quality is non-existent!!! I have owned the Jabra BT250 and the BT500 in the past and this one does not even come close. The audio is muffled to the point of being almost unintelligible and I have to constantly repeat myself to be understood by...

Muffled and w/o noise reduction

 

Urgh, I paid $39.99 for this as a electronic 'shack' company that had it on sale. I'm seeing it cheaper everywhere else. It will be returned. I've always had good luck with plantronics, shame on me for trying a different company.

Comfortable but then again, I'm used to behind the ear sets.

Poor noise reduction and sound quality.

This product has problem with ear fits with users with larger ears. It fits better on smaller ears, with better volume since it fits right into the ear hole. But still the volume is too low to hear the caller voice, and caller compains of static noise,...

Garbage!

 

It was cheap, and if it worked I would like the fit.

I don't know if the unit I got was defective, but it simply will not hang up my phone. I have a bulkier Motorola device that works fine, but this one puts the caller on hold. Then after a while it stops working all together. I will not buy another...

Works Great With the PS3, however

 

Works well with the PS3, long battery life is great, easy to pair to the ps3

Very low volume, I had to revert back to my USB headset because it wasn't loud enough to make out what people were saying.
