Jabra BT5020 Headset with Bluetooth Hub

 

The lack of a phone headset lifter makes this headset/hub combo less intriguing than it really should be.

Integrates with both mobile and landline ; Simple design ; Good battery life on headset

Headset is large ; No supplied lifter

The Jabra BT5020 headset is also sold seperately for a RRP of AU$169, although, at the time of writing, we found online vendors selling the BT5020 for approximately AU$99.

One of the more irritating things about being in a busy office is the jump from your mobile phone to your office phone. It's as if someone has intentionally driven a wedge between anything usable when you're working.

Jabra BT5020 with Bluetooth Hub

 

Ease of use and setup, hub takes up minimal desk space, hub compatible with future headsets

Handset lifter is an optional accessory, controls are a little small

Jabra's BT5020 bundle is a handy option for those who spend a lot of time out of the office on their mobile. The lack of an included handset lifter is a downside though.

Well designed, Light Weight and great sound

 

I switched from a BT250V and am very happy with the BT5020. It is very light weight and stays on my ear. Sound quality is better than the 250v.

Not Very Good

 

When I say this headset in an electronics store, I though I found my replacement for the Jabra BT500 I owned. At first it worked well and I thought I would get use to it and it's quirks. After a while I just accepted that it did not perform up to par...

Good standby time and talk time. No complaints about my voice transmission to others
