Great value ; Robust, smooth sound

Treble could do with a boost

The Jays a-JAYS offer superb value - bringing a warm, involving and thoroughly well-controlled sound, plus decent styling to the budget sector. They benefit from a treble boost, but even without it they produce a thoroughly pleasurable sound.

Jays entry-level headphones have a flat cable and anything but flat sound.

Flat headphone cable ; Fair audio quality

Carrying case is too large

As basic headphones at a basic price, the a-Jays Ones acquit themselves well. The inclusion of the flat easy-to-use cable makes them particularly easy to recommend for everyday use.

Awesome sound – punchy & clear; tangle-free cable; great all round ear bud

Less flexibility than the Three’s with less accessories; “fettuccine” cable has a tendency to hang at an odd angle from your ear

If all you’re after is a great set of all-round ear buds and don’t have a need for all the accessories, you definitely won’t be disappointed with a set of a-JAYS Ones.
