The Cheapest and worst earbuds I've ever purchased

 

I got these because my Sennheiser earbuds have plenty of miles on them and I figured before they go I need to get something to replace them. I had never owned anything from JBL prior to owning these and I never will again thanks to this experience....

They haven't fallen apart. They work (that is to say produce sound, after a fashion) and there's not tons of cord noise.

These headphones have the worst sound of any earbuds/headphones/headset that I have ever used. Nothing else is even close. I can't even use these for Skype the treble is that abrasive. At least there IS treble, there's nothing at all in the middle. My...

Sound ok without an equalizer, block out enough outside noise, long cord, tangle resistant cord

These headphones won't stay put in your ears. Some of that's from the shape and materials design of the rubber, and some of that is because the cord is so heavy!

No low-end whatsoever

 

Don't believe the other reviewers. I bought these because I'd had great experiences with other JBL earbuds (even the ones packaged with a budget smartphone like the Alcatel Idol 3). Unfortunately, they're not even a good value at the price I paid...

good only for listening.

the microphone is up at the ear piece and the people listening to you think you are in a tunnel all the time. very poor microphone sound quality. i had the previous model and they were fine, not sure what to do with these.

The sound quality of these headphones is below poor. The 82hz and below sounds are all but absent. The 120 to 1,500 hz range is poor, sounding like platic hit with a fingernail. The highs are present and also poor sounding with a very tinny while also...

The cable does not grab and stick to leather and cashmere as some others do
