Cheap Wiring

Maxell should improved the quality of wiring from the plug to the headphones and put better strain reliefs on the end of the wiring. The earcups could be a little bigger also.

Comfortable to wear, Headphones fold to a small size, Inexpensive

After 8 months the left headphone stopped working, I think the wire from the battery adapter shorted out or broke. The headphones cancel some noise, but they aren't great at canceling out the sound

bad wiring, terrible battery pack placement

It also shows on the photo that it is blue, it isn't, it's grey.

You can hear everything outside the headphones when turned on, which is nice if someone is trying to talk to you. Folds up somewhat nicely, although the cord is impossible to compact correctly

Where do I begin ; This thing sucks up your battery life like nothing else, and on top of that, the placement for the battery pack is terrible, you have to practically hold it or else it will damage the wiring, which it will do regardless just from...

Do Not Get

Yes, they do sound really good for rather cheap headphones... when they work, that is. The minijack -- the part that actually connects to your MP3 player -- is very shoddily made, and doesn't connect well. This makes things sound as though they were...

Good sound, cheap price

Only works half the time, very weighty, needs to to turn off and on

Great value ANR headset

I bought these headphones more in hope than expectation, having also tried the Philips SHN2500, which didn't work at all.

Decent noise-reduction, price

Build-quality, less-than perfect comfort

Great Product..Excellent Price

I have been using these for about 2 years now. I bought them specifically for flying, but I use them all the time. They don't totally drown out the airplane noise, but they do drown it out to a level that you just forget about it. But for about $280...

Do what they say. Inexpensive

Excellent Bang-For-Your-Buck Noise Cancellation for frequent flyers!

I am a frequent flyer and have been enduring airline engine noise for quite some years. I purchased a portable DVD player for flying and I was so disappointed when I couldn't hear the audio from it because of the droning, ambient sound of the aircraft...

Very compact, great price, good sound quality, comfortable, attractive

No volume adjustment, in-line battery pack a bit heavy

Great budget NC headphones

I am very sensitive to many noises and many times I work editing music on my laptop in the den while everyone is watching TV. I have a hard time dealing with earbud-type headphones, so I happened to see these noise-cancelling headphones on sale at...

Price, comfort, cancellation of annoying sounds

None, really

Ashish

I have had these headphones for a while now, and I must say that they perform really well! They reduce the ambient noise well, and can be compared favorably to higher-end Sony, Sennheiser or Technics headphones. Bass and treble are reproduced admirably...

Maxell HP/NC-III Lightweight Noise Cancellation Headphone

I got this noise canceling headset along with their extension cables. I am very satisfied with both the products. The noise canceling headset comes with pretty long cable (long enough for me) and is collapsible (also comes with a bag). Easily fits in...
