Cannot review item since it was not as pictured. this is the headset that comes with the xbox one. was buying this headset to replace that one so this will be going back!

I picked up at the site to store, the one they gave me had one ear muff not two like it shows. Was very disappointed. I returned it right there, the only reason I bought it was it had two ear muffs. The Xbox one already had this one with it.

Don't waste your time and money on this its listed wrong! You will only get the one ear piece chat headset that comes with the xbox one console.

My son finds these comfortable with good quality sound

Nice clear sound and fairly comfy, plug and play with basic mute and volume controls. Have to use these when I want dolby atmos home theatre due to turtle beach stereo headset blocking the atmos.

Works perfectly as it was designed by Microsoft to work with the controller. Comfortable and easy to use.

The headset it excellent. Clear crisp sound voice and game. People in the party say my voice is really clear you can even hear a pin drop on any map on call of duty. Highly recommended and great value
