The Motorola Pure H12 is a very attractive Bluetooth headset that comes with a portable charging cradle plus a desktop stand. It also has a great comfortable fit.

The Motorola Pure H12's performance does not match up to its promises--call quality was patchy and unpredictable.

The Motorola Pure H12 is a beautiful and affordable Bluetooth headset, but we wish that it had better performance.

Motorola's slim, sleek H12 Bluetooth headset is weighed down by a heavy price tag.

Great, small design. Good all-round performance. Lightweight.

Expensive.

The hefty price tag is the only real detraction from a sexy-looking Bluetooth headset that performs as expected.

one out of two that works

hope to get a rma or I going to newegg been trying to get one for a mouth no luch

nice head set if they all would work but no not all I got worked only one did and it not new as I find out it made in 2007 after I had to contacted Motorola and Motorola no longer supports this model and no longer has it

the h12 I order. Motorola no longer supports this model and no longer has it headset was made in 2007 it not new it old and the dealer of that sold me this headset are hard to get a rma

Doesn't last long

If only if this can last longer, it would be a perfect headset.

This is the best headset in term of sound quality and clarity comparing to all the ones I have owned. I like the design as well. Easy to use. The on/off switch is helpful. Many headsets' on/off switch is as same as the talk button which I didn't like

The headset doesn't last long. I went through 2 of these already. The first one only lasted 6 months. The 2nd one lasted 3 months

So-So Performance

Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes it gets odd noise/dropout like bad reception between the Blackberry and headset. It seems to happen around certain types of electrical equipment OR with certain types of background noise. My guess is that...

ok but very uncomfortable

if they made something that can actually stay on your ear and wasnt unfortable it would be GREAT!!

Great sound, people have no problem hearing me, and comes with 2 charging cradles, looks really modern, small, great price, battery life is also amazing

very, very, very uncomfortable! constantly falls off, i dont even use it anymore because of this specific reason

Works fine

Overall, for the price it works great, feels comfortable, and looks nice. With all that in mind, I feel that the charging dock and case is a neat plus. I would recommend to purchase this product.

Works Fine ; Neat two charging docks(one dock and one case that charges as well.) with magnets that holds earpiece ; Feels comfortable so far, feels like its good for long extended use

Item looks a little scratched and damaged in appearance. (did not expect much from OEM cheap product.) ; Only one charging adaptor(plug) but two Charging Docks. It would be nice if they included two adaptors
