Motorola Oasis Bluetooth Headset review: Motorola Oasis Bluetooth Headset

While Motorola has made plenty of popular Bluetooth headsets over the years--the Motorola H700 and the Motorola HX1 for example--they're not always known for their superior comfort. The newly released Motorola Oasis, however, puts comfort at the...

The Motorola Oasis fits comfortably in the ear, has multipoint, voice alerts, and a unique eye-catching design.

The Motorola Oasis does not have A2DP streaming, and the voice quality is not as good as we would like.

The Motorola Oasis is a truly comfortable headset, but it's not much better than its competitors.

Motorola Oasis

The quirky Motorola Oasis Bluetooth headset offers an interesting design and a comfortable fit, but its sound quality is only average.

Sharp design. Comfortable enough to wear all day.

Middling sound quality. No A2DP. Buggy. Hinged ear bud swivels too easily.

Noise Cancellation, Other Features, and Conclusions On the other hand, the Oasis' noise suppression was quite good. It was sufficient to drown out most of the wind noise surrounding my voice while driving about 40 miles per hour with the window down....

Bluetooth headsets are not always the most comfortable things in the world.  However, after a few years of research, Motorola recently released the Oasis, which they believe is one of the most comfortable headsets currently on the market.  I find this...

Comfortable ; Battery life

Poor audio quality ; No A2DP support ; Randomly disconnects

Overall, I believe that the Motorola Oasis is a decent headset.  It was comfortable to wear and the background noise cancellation was more than enough for everyday use.  However, there is definite room for advancement, especially in the audio quality...

Hardware Review: Motorola Oasis is Light and Comfortable Bluetooth Headset

I initially saw images of the Motorola Oasis in early september and thought the design was amazing and I could not wait to get my hands on one. After getting the headset I had to wonder if the Motorola Oasis could replace my Plantronics Voyager Pro....

For me this is a no brainer I will be using the Motorola Oasis along side of my Plantronics Voyager Pro. I cannot say I like one more than the other, but the Voyager Pro will likely be my choice in the car as it works with voice dialing on my...

Motorola Oasis™ Bluetooth Headset (Retail Packaging)

This bluetooth headset works very well, is clear and sharp on both ends of the line, seems to be insensitive to background noise with the exception of something high-pitched (am told that the popping and crackling of frying an egg makes all speech...
