Cable is so short that it restricts the usefulness of the device for some people

The Plantronics .Audio 480 Virtual Phone Booth is an excellent product that is hampered by one poor design decision. If the cable had been longer we would have been much happier with this headset.

Poor sound, worse design

I would not recommend this for purchase, I have been using the earbuds for conversations holding the bud in my ear!

15 when purchased, nice leather carrying case

Earbud with microphone attached is very heavy and does not stay attached. I have tried this with all three attached bud sizes, the unit is too heavy to stay in ear ; Sound is poor for earbuds, I get much better sound from basic Sony or ipod buds....

if you have a extension of some sort you will need it...

good quality, good mic, was cheap when i bought them....good for people who like high-bass headphones

cord is too short, and if u happen to mistakenly tug on them once they break...i bought 2 of these gladly when they were on sale...both of the pairs broke the same way, left side of the product is poorly put together, the sound faded within 2 days

Check out the users who claim "high understanding" and read their reviews. words like stupid etc... I'm sure you truly have a high technical understanding... Again, spend a minimal amount of time using the right ear buds etc. and you will love these....

I've been using these daily for over a month now. Still super clear mic and super clear sound ; The mic is much clearer than my plantronics USB over the head headset ; Still great sound, my low volume issue was actually a setting in windows audio...
