We have a number of these headsets in our call center. We have very few issues with them. If you put them on charge during lunch they will make the whole day. Unlike some earlier model we rarely have to re-sync these to their base

The batteries last around a year and are expensive if you need to purchase a lot of them. Though this is the same for other headsets we have used as well

Lightweight. Easily converts from over-the-ear to over-the-head set up for other occasional users.
