Did not work out - all settings produced feedback on the line. I recommend making a bigger investment - I purchased a more expensive Plantronics model and have no issues whatsoever.

I don't like this Product at all there is no way to disconnect the call and the product always stay's in mute. The other people can't hear even do I don't have the mute button on. I have to keep picking up the handset to talk. I wouldn't recommend this...

I purchased the Plantronics S11 at my local Office Depot. I had no issues with Office Depot whatsoever.

Nice product and works well at a very low price. For that very low price it seems corners were cut. THe headset, itself, has a very cheap feel and if you have a large head, will probably not fit. The wire coming from the headset to the base/amplifier...
