Razer Nari Ultimate review: This haptics-enabled gaming headset lets you literally feel the groove

Incredibly comfortable and aided by cooling gel in the ear cups, the Razer Nari Ultimate is a haptics-enabled headset that doesn't feel like a one-off gimmick.

Haptics are sophisticated enough to justify their inclusion ; Extremely comfortable ; Cooling gel in the earcups is a nifty trick

Cooling gel warms up too quickly ; Tying haptics intensity to volume is a bizarre move ; $200 price a bit steep

The main sticking point is the price. The standard Nari (no surname), the mid-tier entry, runs for $150 and includes every feature from the Ultimate except the haptics. Is a bit of face-rumble worth $50? And for that matter, does the standard Nari...

Razer's new wireless gaming headset uses haptics to make rumbles more rumble-y

The wireless headset has haptic feedback to make gameplay more immersive. And, of course, it lights up.

Razer Basilisk Ultimate review: A mouse for hyper-realistic MMO gaming

Razer's Basilisk Ultimate is undoubtedly one of the finest mice you can get for MMO gaming.

Smooth and precise movement ; Buttons galore ; A solid and supportive body ; Weighty but in a good way

It collects fingerprints, which downgrades its look at times ; It’s expensive ; The maximum polling rate is just 1,000Hz

The Razer Basilisk Ultimate dishes out luxury at every turn. Its solid and comfortable feel, precise movement, generous button configuration, and gorgeous RGB lighting all make it an excellent option for MMO gamers.

Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless Review

The Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless are decent wireless gaming over-ears. They have Razer HyperSense built-in, which is a haptic feedback system that transmits vibr...

Great noise handling. Well-built and comfortable. Graphic EQ and presets available. Unique haptic feedback system. Very low latency.

Not very breathable. Disappointingly short battery life. Unstable fit prone to slipping off head. Inconsistent audio delivery. Poor isolation performance.

The Razer Nari Ultimate are fair for neutral sound. Their frequency response consistency is sub-par, so different people may experience their sound profile very differently. However, on average, they have a very bass-heavy sound profile that some users...

Overall, the is a solid headset with a few cool features, but not enough to redeem its otherwise mediocre showing and topple our award winners.

Razer Viper Ultimate review: Possibly the best wireless gaming mouse around

This is one light wireless gaming mouse.

Flawless 20,000DPI Focus+ optical sensor ; Excellent wireless performance ; Truly ambidextrous design for both left- and right-handers ; The lightest wireless gaming mouse around at just 74g ; Good battery life

Very expensive ; Side buttons are too flat and a little hard to press ; Not the best for small hands
