Looking for an inexpensive pair of earphones to power your daily commute? RHA has you covered with the surprisingly good-sounding $20 MA150.

Serious low-end punch. Noise-isolating design. Comfortable, soft-rubber eartips.

No in-line mic or phone controls. Slight harshness in the upper midrange. Thin wire tangles easily.

Conclusions Make no mistake: The MA150 is not a high-end earphone pair. But for just 20 bucks, it gives you a taste of what's possible with good audio, and shows you just how bad pack-in earbuds sound, assuming your phone or MP3 player even came with...
