Sennheiser PX 200 Mini Headphones

Portability for headphones is no longer a problem

These headphones allow you maximum portability by design. The headband and ear cups are designed for optimum comfort. Thanks to the metal alloy design material used, these headphones are very durable. Sound is of quite high quality

These headphones may be a bit hard to position on your head before you're ready to go

Sennheiser PX200 Headphones

If you are looking for a headphone which can do indoors as well as outdoors and are reasonably priced, you should seriously consider the Sennheiser PX 200.

Consumer review (newegg.com)

Just Ok.

Lightweight, comfortable, not very expensive. Decent midrange

Nowhere near as good as the PX100. I have owned the PX100 for over 3 years, having 2 pairs in that time used everyday. These are nowhere near as tight and clear. Low bass is very muddy, smeary and not as "tight". I recieved a gift certificate and these...

not good

Compact, comfortable, cheap. Good on the street. Not good in the airplane

Not well balanced sound spectrum. Particularly, high pitch sounds a bit like squeals and also sounds "shallow". Low tones are also lacking

A bit of a disappointment

The px 100 has foam pads, and quite comfortable. The px 200 has leatherette covered rings that sit on (not around) your ear. Over time, makes my ear numb. I can not have them on more than an hour or two.

Pretty good noise isolation. Foldable /portable design

Noticeably worse bass and soundstage than the cheaper px 100

replacement headphones for notebook

Good for portable players,(MP3,CD.).Won't be able to handle any high end stereos.

Good compact headphones can easly store in my notebook case. Good sound, fits sungly on the head, comfortable ear pads

Bass breaks up under full volume, some distortion

bargain for the price

I am not an audiophile but i can hear the difference in the few other HP's i tried , these were the best for the money, hands down. My second pair as i couldnt wait for the first ones to get resoldered after the wires at the jack suffered fatigue after...

light weight and foldable to store. Nifty Case. Much better sound for the money than anything else ive stuck on my pod and i tried a few. Very comfortable. Decent noise blocking Pads and i work in a loud lab but i can still hear someone say my name ; )

they will never sound like 'Voice of the Theatre

SENNHEISER PX200 3.5mm Connector Supra-aural Dynamic Headphone

If you do not need active noise cancellation and can't stand ear buds like me, these are the headphones to go.

Very clear sound. After getting used to these, any other headphones that ship with MP3 players etc. sound like garbage. These are closed headphones, but the sound is still light and spacious - no tin can sound. The headphones fold up and come in a...

The bass response is somewhat weak, but I have yet to see headphones of this style and size that have a better bass response. You cannot compare them to much larger headphones

SENNHEISER PX200 3.5mm Connector Supra-aural Headphone

I, too, would agree that Karnal's review is a very accurate description of quality. One thing I would add, though, is that it seems like the ear pads are pretty small. I guess I'm used to larger headphones that surround more of your ear. Just make sure...

Decent cans

I would concur with Karnal. They sound good, but not "great" (compared to my much bigger and more expensive Sennheiser cans). They are portable, the noise cancelling is good, and they are comfortable to wear.
