Product great - part missing!

 

FWIW, the missing parts were apparently left out by Sennheiser, as packaging appeared to be intact and not previously opened.

Headphones exceed my expectations and work perfectly. However, package was missing AC adapter for USA and Australia (they list adapters for USA, UK, Europe, and Australia. Sent emails to both Sennheiser & Newegg. Sennheiser has not responded. Newegg...

If parts are missing, guess best procedure is just to return the whole package to Newegg
