Shure E2c

These light, durable, and accurate ear-canal headphones provide lots of value but are slightly uncomfortable; a significant portion remains outside the ear.

These light, durable, and accurate ear-canal headphones provide lots of value but are slightly uncomfortable; a significant portion remains outside the ear. They're a good choice for those who won't be adding an amp to their rig.

Shure E2c Earphones

By David Babsky Earphones are personal, and one person's choice isn't necessarily another's. But, push-inside-the-ear 'buds' are generally a good idea - they're easier to keep in place than those 'dangle-at-the-ear's-entrance' phones which Apple...

Lightweight, robust, good sound, don't drain iPod battery

Pricier than similar Sonys, 'in-your-brain' sound can be slightly tiring

Has anyone compared these E2's to the Etymotic ER-6's? I've been thinking about both, but I'd to hear some opinions on how they compare. I currently have the Sony EX-70's and would like to move into something a bit more detailed

Shure E2c Sound Isolating Earphones

Today we're taking a look at a set of earphones from Shure. These are not just any set of earphones, these are the sound isolating E2c earphones. We all know sound isolating earphones used to always be very pricey and were commonly used by only...

Sound quality is incredible ; Included case ; Included fitting kit ; List of uses is endless

Price is high (but I'd personally say it's worth it) ; Slightly lacking in bass (this can be fixed by buying a higher model from the E series)

Overall I would say Shure has done an excellent job of bringing sound isolating earphones into more of the home market with the E2c earphones. Their sound is very exceptional and clear and their reasonable price makes them affordable to anyone who is...

Shure E2c Headphones

These small, cone-shaped earbuds offer excellent isolation and pro sound quality.

Excellent sound quality ; Effective ear seals provide ambient-noise isolation ; Storage case

Wires have a tendency to tangle ; Tricky to place in ears

The E2c delivers a cleaner aural experience than most earbud models, so you hear greater detail without suffering excessive brightness or harshness. Bass definition and power are quite good. In fact, the E2c's sound quality compares favorably with that...
