Steel Series Siberia Full-Size headset

It wasn't that long ago that I took a close look at the Steel Series Siberia Neckband headset. My complaints almost all came from the neckband holding the headset up. Steel Series does make a Siberia headset that has a standard headband. Today I have...

Alrighty so the Siberia didn’t have the same padding on the ear cups as the neckband; but was it more comfortable? Overall yes it was, but I would love to see a version that uses the extra padding to hold the cups off of your ears similar to the...

Comfortable ; Looks cool ; Great sound overall ; Great for all-around use ; Separated microphone w/mounting bracket

Needs a little more bass ; Price ($79.99)

Steelseries Siberia Full Size Headset USB review

The Steelseries Siberia Full Size Headset USB is a powerful set of headphones designed with gamers in mind.

If you're as keen on PC games as you are on your iPod then the Siberia headset's surround sound is worth a go. But if all you want is a set of headphones for your iPod then you can get better quality phones for less than £50.

SteelSeries Siberia Full-Size headphones Review

The Siberia Full-Size Headset really is the original headset that was released by Icemat back in 2005. The only thing that has changed during these years is the logo, but why should you change a prefectly good product?

Sound quality, The looks, Comfort, The relatively low price

The light construction

After using this headset for a couple of weeks I can see why it has gained its massive popularity. The great looks bundled with great sound quality for a decent price make this headset a great bargain

Steelseries Siberia Full Size Headset USB Review

Add a powerful set of headphones to your Mac with this pair from Siberia. Cliff Joseph takes a look at the Siberia Steelseries headphones in this in-depth review.

Good sound quality, additional surround sound features when used with a PC

Surround sound features don't work with a Mac - or with an iPod

If all you want is a set of headphones for your iPod then you can get better quality phones for less than £50. But if you're as keen on PC games as you are on your iPod then the Siberia headset's surround sound is worth a go.

Consumer review (newegg.com)

7 years

It just dawned on me that i had these for so long since the cushions are kinda flat now (super comfy when it was new) hence the seven year late review

I have owned and used these almost every day for seven frikin years ; Sound quality is good ; sound card took a few beatings but still works fine ; mic picks up sound well enough though it needs mic boost to be on

doesn't block out much sound but i prefer it that way so not really a negative for me ; steelseries doesn't sell replacement ear cushions but third party companies do

Still Making Me Smile and Noobs Rage

Was looking for a nice headset for around a year, went thru the 20-25 walmart specials. Seen Steel Series reviews and jumped a little at the price but I have been won over. Grabbed this set for $40.00 on new egg in recertified items. The Quality I...

Inline volume is always nice, the mic can be a hassel. I like the fact I can use it as a remote mic in Webcast so 2 for 1 there. Has a short cord option so you can hook it to the MP3 player of your choice and not carry 10 feet of cord. Over all happy...

Uh read above no complaints looking at the next level of Steel Series

Consumer review (newegg.com)

mic is worthless

be ready to not use the mic.

The headphones are really well made, the spring loaded headband makes them sit really well

the mic, or at least mine, could not have been more useless. It flat out doesn't transmit sound other than static and popping noises. I now use a desktop mic instead since i threw this one out

Now a fan of Steelseries

Time to buy another one.

Bought two of the recertified headphones. Gave one to my son and he likes it. They sound great. Gamers can't go wrong with this headset

My daughter chewed through one of the cords and ruined the wires
