Very good for reviving a dull wood floor. Easy to apply and lasts a long time. Doesn't feel sticky. I clean mine often with minwax every day floor cleaner and a dustmop.

I have heart pine floors with a Swedish matte finish on them. I have used Hope's Floor Revive to put life back into the floors in a few minutes. It's a great product. I now use it in our house with old wood floors as well. I will continue to use it!!!

I've found that if you intend to mix this with wax to make scented products (surf wax!), you'll really need to use a lot of it! The scent is very subtle and won't overpower your other ingredients. Probably works fine when not mixing with other scents.
