Conclusion There are definitely louder-sounding home cinema systems on the market, but for this price, the HT-X30 puts in a surprisingly powerful performance. Add in clean pictures from DVDs and you've got a great little setup that doesn't cost the Earth.

It provides a good surround sound for a reasonable price. It is easy to set up, especially if you have a Sony TV. The remote control is simple to understand and provides the funnctions that are needed. The speakers look good in the room.

This is a great product. The sound is really good, it looks super-plush, and setup is simple enough that even I understand it! Only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that it's a bit pricey....but I think it's worth it.
