Speaker cable to the sub is relatively short.

The sound and DVD/Bluray/CD features are very good. It seems good value for money.

My BT Youview box does not work with the HDMI1 or HDMI2 inputs (no picture, no sound). I am unsure whether the BDVN590 is faulty or whether the BT-provided HDMI cable is inadequate.

Awesome value for money, only minutes to set up with auto calibration! Simply plug in the jack, set calibration device in seating position and press ok! Calibrates with a series of tones to each speaker and was spot on! I adjusted the front and center...

User manual could be a little more informative but as its interface is really easy to navigate through this was only a minor point.

Looks good

Insufficient volume, cannot get it to go that loud. Does not sync that well with other products. When playing external sources through it there is a delay of about 5 seconds until the sound kicks in.
