I was looking for an iron that was good and efficient but light weight and this one fits the bill

Very basic iron for the price. Would expect safety cut off etc to be the minimum in any modern iron. Bought in a hurry.

I asked for a light weight iron but after being advised by John Lewis staff member chose this one which was not the lightest. Used the iron a few times and impressed. Pleased I listened to the advise available.

Good controls, giving varying steam usage. Not heavy and the water chamber doesn't need topping up as much as previous Bosch iron. I am pleased with my purchase, I just wished it had been a little bit cheaper.

At last I have found an iron that does the job without making my arms and hands ache. The steam facility is very good and really removes stubborn creases even on very dry or heavy (e.g. jeans) clothes. Altogether an excellent product.

Not as heavy as some irons, quick to heat up and with excellent steam features; this iron is a pleasure to use.
