The "beak" shaped sole plate makes getting into creases and around shirt buttons a doddle! It's fairly lightweight, the steam lasts quite well and powers through creases.

One negative thing to say, because the iron has been shipped from Germany the retailer includes a 3 pin adaptor - HOWEVER it is fitted with an incorrect fuse; a 3 amp should be a 13 amp, consequently the fuse blew pretty quickly.

I have used a steamer for several years and have used different brands. This by far is the best steamer I have used. The garment valet makes it easy to steam and really helps smooth out the garment. I would definately recommend this product.
