This item was cheaper than I could find it anywhere else - HOWEVER - the plug is a 2 pin continental type and the Warranty is written in any language but English!! It would be good to know how to send this Iron for repir should it become neccessary.

This is a fantastic steam iron, with very little to grumble about. If anything is to be criticised about the GC7420/02, it might be that the water tank will need to be regularly refilled, as the high pressure steam function does use up water quickly....

This iron is light and smooth on fabrics. I like the ergonomic handle and the steam distribution even better. I've been using this iron for close to a month and I have no complaints. I hope it stays this way for a very long time.
