Morphy Richards 300251 iron

The iron heats up very quickly, but unfortunately it cools very quickly too and doesn't switch the heater back on early enough to maintain the heat setting you want.

This iron is great for knocking the creases out of clothes fast . It is lightweight and feels good in my hand .

Does the job well. Easy to manage controls. Good length of cable. Adequate heat and steam production. Well made, strong-looking construction.

I bought this to replace a broken steam generator iron and am actually happier with this one. It does exactly what I want and quickly, and I don't mind refilling it. It is also quieter than the other one, so I can watch television or listen to music...

This iron is certainly worth the price. The only slight drawback is it is heavier than the one it replaced and the lead slightly shorter. However, in all other aspects it 'does the job well'.

Bought on points double-up, so very good value for money. Generally removes creases well, but water spray is poor. Agree with another reviewee that dark colour of water reservoir makes it difficult to see water level.

Great iron,runs out of steam quick so always refilling it

Irons so well, light in weight, lead a bit short but overall very good value

heats up quickly and irons fairly well although the cord is short.
