With a cushioned handle, the Morphy Richards Comfigrip 40737 Iron lives up to its billing whilst adding a ceramic plate for easy gliding.

Powerful steam ; Iron plate glides easily across fabrics ; Comfortable to use

Heavy ; Water runs out quickly

Unfortunately, this iron does eat up water quite quickly, and the iron itself is fairly heavy when the tank is filled. It is also disappointing to see that Morphy Richards opted for an alarm rather than the automatic shut off when the iron is left...

Really good smooth glide, good steam and water capacity, heats up really fast, just works very well!

No proper cord storage, not even a clip to secure it if you wind it around the base - had to take this from our old iron.
