I have had this iron for a while now and agree its a poor product. it takes me ages to do a pile of ironing and it leaks water on a lower heat setting living scaley stains on clothes. It produces alot of steam but getting the creases out is hard work....

Iron only works on highest heat setting and then not efficiently. I have scorched items as I have used too high a setting in an attempt to make he item look half decent.Steam very poor. I would not recommend it and shall be buying a new iron.
