i thought it was value for money but the iron keeps leaking water instead of steam!! can this be passed on to customer services?

Brand new iron but still drips brown water onto clothing even though the water tank is not overfilled and the steam setting is set correctly.

The iron heats up quickly and is easy to use. The steam is efficient but uses the water in the tank quickly

The water tank has to be removed to refill. Tank requires filling regularly

Constant steam button on top of handle too easy to swtch on.
