Great to use. I like the self-clean aspect as we live in a hard water area.

Sometimes the water leaks when filling the tank up. The flexible bit at the bottom doesn't stay in the upright position as the cord gets in the way of the clip. This doesn't affect performance though and I have got used to it now.

It glides over your clothes with very little effort. It does exactly what the advert for this item says. The cord is long. I find it easy to fill. Holds alot of water.

It is very heavy, but this makes it easier to iron as you dont need to use alot of pressure, but an older person may find it to heavy. The cord lock has never worked on mine --but it isnt important to me.

It works as expected

Light, effective steam element, self cleaning, quick to heat, and easy to use.

The flex is held upright from the iron by a locking mechanism. Whether or not mine has a faulty lock, it keeps coming undone during ironing - no great hardship but the idea of keeping the flex away from the actual iron is a good idea - perhaps the lock...

The lock/release of the lead is a good point. Well made, neat and attractive, as with other Tefal models. Have to hope that the auto steam clean feature works in due course.

I purchased this model over the more expensive item, which I had before, and in today's economic climate thought that I should be more realistic in my purchase. A mistake. The water tank is very small, only a few items ironed before needing to refill;...

Easy to fil and light to use.

iron does not "steam" - the dual control controls the thermostat for fabric and steam. There is no steam control apart from the "steam jet"
