Cord a little short and gets in the way sometimes as it protrudes from the iron and catches your wrist. Otherwise a good buy - this is just a minor fault.

Gives really good results. Non-stick coating good so far, although I haven't had it long. Took two or three garments to really get the benefit. Easy to fill.

No water jug with which to fill, I use one from an old iron. Flex would benefit from being longer. O.K. if you have plenty of sockets.

Lightweight and easy to use. Whilst it does not have as many features as some irons it has everything you need for normal ironing. The large flat plate at the end make this iron very stable and therefore much safer when it is standing up.

Light weight, good value for money.

No plug for where the water goes in, dosen't seem to be an issue though.
