Rosewill RK-V1TP

Perfect for my HTPC

Light. Battery life is great. Includes touch pad

Battery cover is cheap. Drivers are impossible to find

To all the Numlock numb-heads...

Still well worth the price and can perform well when you know its limitations and are smart enough to work around them to make this perform at its best.

Those clueless people that complain about this device defaulting to Numlock on are completely wrong. Numlock on/off at startup is controlled by a computer's BIOS. The keyboard is merely subject to that control and victim of those people's stupidity in...

Signal can be an issue with increased distance if the fob is mounted out of sight or far out of plane in relationship to where the keyboard is being used

Nice until it fails

Infant mortality must mean poor design or quality control. Probably not worth even the sale price. I see that it is now listed as "DEACTIVATED". How long will the second one last?

Small, good range. Inexpensive when on sale. Ideal for HTPC

No drivers other than Windows defaults. First one failed after a few weeks. Completely stopped responding, even with known fresh batteries

great keyboard

This keyboard is a great little keyboard. I have been using it with my HTPC and projector. It does everything I want it to do and more. I had 2 Addesso wireless keyboards -the 1st lasted 3 years and the 2nd lasted 1 year. This one works better, so far...

would be nice to be able to program the multi media keys. but that's not a real big deal. They mostly work with windows media center which I do not like using

Not Great

I thoght that this was a great bargin for the price when I first saw it advertised on sale at Newegg for $39.00. Once I got it, I wouldn't pay more than $20.00 for this thing if I had to do it again.

Very slim and compact. A good option for what I am using it for: a media center PC in the family room. Works

The mouse pad is just barely servicable. The entire keyboard feels cheap. Can hear tiny pieces rattling around inside

Works motorola bionic

works well with my motorola bionic and the HD Station. Plug and play and range is as advertised. I'm using it with my Samsung HD 32" tv in my bedroom and I'm like 15 ft away . All buttons work and no problems so far

great size and keys are good size

Great for the price

I wish it was Bluetooth, but for this price it's understandable. Also not really a con, but the keyboard goes to sleep after a while of no use. Simply press a button and it wakes, some people seemed annoyed by this but I prefer the battery life. Since...

The keyboard is very light, has great battery life, and very affordable. Great keyboard for htpc, all the media keys works great. I have small hands so the laptop form factor works for me when gaming, especially Starcraft 2. I bound my f1-f4 as control...

For good response, line of sight is required. After 8-10months a few keys have become sticky and the f11 has become stuck. Numlock is annoying but is easy to turn off

0 eggs

Don't bother, spend a couple more dollars on a real company.

The USB dongle didn't come in the package, now I am forced to RMA through newegg since rosewill refuses to send me the dongle or even to pay for return shipping

Convenience takes precedence

I'm sure there will be a off timer but a power button would have been nice.

I've used Microsoft Laser desktop sets prior to this, but this is much more convenient. As long as you are ok with the num lock as others have mentioned. use it regularly. the response time is a bit slow, but I didn't buy it for chatting, mostly...

num lock, num lock, num lock ; However it's mentioned in documentation and here in reviews, still if there was a way to stop activating it
