A great sigh of relief after dealing with Razer.

I purchased this because I had an issue with my Razer Black Widow Ultimate 2014. Once it was out of warranty (only 1 year, this one has 2 years) Razer refused to support the keyboard and basically told my to buy a new keyboard. Very impressed with...

-Excellent keyboard. Didn't know what to expect from MX Browns, I love them. -Love the software -BIOS compatibility mode is a godsend, no longer do I need a junky USB keyboard for BIOS configuration. -Technical support is fast and helpful

-My keyboard had a firmware issue that prevented my from updating the keyboards firmware. Technical support solved my issue in less than 30 minutes. -Software takes some getting used to due to the vast range of options you have.

RGB PERFECTION!

The keyboard is all plastic but I need to take my hat off to the QA department for boxing up a 100% functional RGB keyboard.

ALL THE KEYS LIGHT UP! CHERRY MX BROWN GIVES THAT SLIGHT FEEDBACK IM LOOKING FOR. THE COLOR & MACRO REC SOFTWARE IS EASY TO USE

- SPACE BAR SOUNDS LIKE A BLUE (Its the loudest key) - The extra keys newegg is bundeling are missing the "!,@,#,$,%" symbols on them (only 1,2,3,4,5) - ID LIKE TO SEE MORE COLOR PATTERNS TO CHOOSE FROM.

pricy but the best !

-it is metallic sting and gorgeous -u can synch up with the new corsair mouse at 12k dpi for color and lot of things... apps no so easy to learn but accessible to all kind of users

-pricy even if I am a big geek, lot of key button remain useless for now... but it's more of a personal concerns
