NOMATIC Travel Pack Review

The NOMATIC Travel Pack is a 20- to 30-liter expandable backpack that looks good but lacks some functionality where it matters most.

Corsair K57 RGB Wireless Gaming Keyboard

Corsair's K57 RGB Wireless Gaming Keyboard has some flash, but it's an object lesson in how making something wireless doesn't automatically make it better.

Dedicated media keys and macro buttons. Flashy backlighting. Lag-free wireless using Bluetooth or 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Good rated battery life.

Wireless, but too large for lap use. Squishy key feel. Pricey considering feature set and non-mechanical keys. Hard wrist rest isn't comfortable over long stretches.

Bottom Line: Corsair's K57 RGB Wireless Gaming Keyboard has some flash, but it's an object lesson in how making something wireless doesn't automatically make it better.

Corsair K57 RGB Wireless Gaming Keyboard Review: Premium Membrane

For a membrane keyboard, the K57 is surprisingly stiff. There's a very distinct bump at its keys' actuation point, and it takes a fair amount of pressure to get past it. It's the most mechanical-feeling membrane we've tested in a long time, and that's a g

Incredible lighting \ Flawless wireless connectivity \ Decent software \ On-board media controls

Terrible wrist rest \ Squashy, stiff keys \ Plastic build \ Far cheaper wired alternatives available

Despite being a membrane keyboard, the Corsair K57 does many things right. If consistent, reliable wireless connectivity and luscious RGB lighting are your top concerns, go for it.

Corsair K57 RGB Wireless Keyboard Review: Colorful, But Expensive

The K57 looks pretty plain. It's got a black plastic chassis with a glossy bar at the top that collects fingerprints like gamers collect unplayed Steam backlog. There are six buttons in the extra row of keys, and seven discrete media buttons in the...

Pretty RGB lighting Helpful extra keys USB and Bluetooth connectivity

Uncomfortable membrane design Tedious software Expensive

The Corsair K57 RGB Wireless is worth considering if you absolutely must have a wireless gaming keyboard for $100. If not, you could get much better wired models for the same price
