worked flawlessly for about 11 months

then about 8 or 9 keys died and they dont have support basically. They don't respond to emails and their so called tech support line just plays elevator music for 20 mins or so and then hangs up on you

The backlighting is great and the does most of what I want it to do with ease

After about 2 weeks my "number three" key went out on me and now the letter "C" is starting to go aswell. Not to mention that the micro key instructions aren't for this keyboard and are kinda hard to get to work for new users

Awesome keyboard. The different colors and setup works wonders when playing games. Top notification bar is simple and very efficient for utilizing every day computer activities. Hot keys for gaming are a must
