Pretty good keyboard

Overall I like this keyboard, I am however knocking an egg off because of the software. Overall the build quality is very good, the usability is good, but since the software is lacking and buggy customization is a a bit annoying and bit of a chore....

This keyboard appears and feels well built. It uses the Cherry MX-Red switches that for me seem to have very good response and consistent feel when using this keyboard. The system volume indicator is nice, it complements the volume wheel. The way the...

The biggest con and the reason that this keyboard lost an egg is the software. Before writing my review I did download the newest version and it seems to be better, but the first few weeks I had the keyboard the software was very buggy. I had to...

Terrible Software Worst RGB In The Market

When all is said and done, the major driving force in buying this keyboard was the micro keys and the layout, but it ended up falling directly on its head. It's highly not recommended unless you don't want to use the RGB lighting. I wish I could like...

The Keyboard has the front runner of Cherry - MX Red for gaming, it's a generally good clacking and has good responsive feedback. It has a few extra bells and whistles at the top including the micro keys and they sound dial.

The software for the RGb was abysmal, there's literally absolutely 0 hope for it. I wish they would either make the keyboard right, or stick to a standard color and not boast the RGB, I'm on the edge of my seat for returning this. The entire software...

Solid Aluminum gaming keyboard with a colorful touch of brilliance

For starters, while I was in boxing this, I I realized how solid and sturdy this keyboard was. I actually had a laugh, because I knew if I had lost and pounded my fist on the keyboard that this keyboard would withstand my frustration. Like that would...

NONE---can't ask for anything more.

I love this keybord

The gskill app needs alote of work.

The Cherry mx keys feel grate Rgb lighting looks amazing in all its glory

I wouldn't have a con if the second one I bought for my wifes pc didn't brick itself during a update she's running windows 7 and the gskill app offered to update the firmware. Short story if failed during the update it wouldn't light up or respond on...

Replaced my Razer Anansi

The included palm rest does nothing for me. I have larger than average hands and I found it changed the resting position of my hands too much. For fellow large handers, skip it. *full disclosure, I was offered this item in exchange for a review*

I had no idea G.SKILL was making gaming accessories now so this was a pleasant surprise to review! I would love to shake the hand of the person in charge of the design for this keyboard. I would bet he/she/they are all gamers because it has anything...

Like most vendors stepping out into the programmable peripherals space, their first gen software is over complicated and hard to use. I've used Corsair's CUE and Razer's Synapse and just like those it's really rough the first go around. I'm hoping it...

Great experience!

Feels great, love that RGB, MX red in my mind just the best switches out there.

However it doesn't work with macbook pro as I expected. That sucks a little bit.

Great keyboard, but a second revision is needed.

Overall I loved the keyboard. Despite its flaws it is still a great keyboard and a lot of thought went into this design, and you can tell it. Final execution of the software side I felt was a little lacking, but not un-usable. I had to place orings in...

very smooth keystrokes. Individual key lighting is great. Different key light templates to match different macro sets are a major plus. The added replacement keys for gaming are superb and feel great when gaming. I love the layout and design of the...

The keystrokes were a little too long for me, I added some orings to the keys and it really helped the travel of the keys for me. The keys set up to high for me as well, I would have loved for the base of the keyboard to actually house the keys instead...

Some very nice options for a Cherry MX keyboard though also some definite cons

The metal support bar should have been totally hidden inside of the rectangular brushed aluminum body of the keyboard without the extended "wings" and front piece showing. The extra 2 inches of width leaves barely any room for a mouse on two separate...

Very sturdy construction. RGB lighting with multiple lighting effects available. 3 separate LED color profiles that can be saved to keyboard's onboard memory and accessed with 3 corresponding keys. Cherry MX switches. Audio & USB pass-through ports...

The metal support bar that wraps around the outside adds two inches of unnecessary width to the keyboard and makes it look much less sleek/professional. RGB LEDs: Does not offer RGB(16.8 million color) lighting for static key LEDS. Lighting effects...
