Superb Average Keyboard

Have been using Microsoft keyboards for years now, and even after constant beating they keep on ticking.

Useful media keys, very inexpensive as well as quiet. Sturdy finish and attractive. Drivers work well too... it's Mircosoft

New Delete key placement and F-Lock feature are somewhat of a pain. There is however a fix to disable the F-Lock which I have downloaded. Just do a search for it :-) ; Also not as good as the discontinued Microsoft Internet Keyboard Pro, but it does...

Good value for the dollar

Works great. Clean and soft keyboard. All buttons work properly. Perfect replacement keyboard for older machines or those who don't want wireless keyboards

Annoying to have to use the F-Lock key for F key functionality after each poweringup of PC. Not a "deep black". More of a very dark grey color. Make sure you have light in your keyboard area as key are hard to read under low light

no good for games

this keyboard was perfect until i found out i cant hold shift + w + 2. that is just terrible when u play games at a certain level.

nice looking, feels great, nice function keys

when i play an FPS like counter strike, if i hold down SHIFT + W + 2 it will not switch to my pistol.. i've tested this already and its not just in counter strike but just that key combination doesnt work. w + 2 and shift + 2 work just fine but the 3...

I got this keyboard only a couple of days ago cause my friend has it and because I had a old Dell keyboard and wanted to replace it. The keys are quiet and the keyboard has a palm rest that assists typing by keeping your hands elevated. 5 out of 5...

Be aware.: it's not standard

The design is not standard. The page up, down, end and home keys have changed, which is really annoying. Microsoft thinks that's a smart design... I doubt that. Long live the old standard keyboards... Feels and touch are good. Too pricey for a few...

Love the keyboard. Layout is nice. Downloaded the software from Microsoft's website. When installing WIN XP, you have to hit the "FLock" button to use the F-Keys other than that, I'm a happy buyer.
