SteelSeries Apex M750

The SteelSeries Apex M750 is an excellent keyboard for seasoned gamers who care less about bells and whistles and more about fast actuation and fine-tuned control of backlighting and key assignments.

Very fast switches. Unobtrusive, compact design. Excellent backlighting and function customization options.

No dedicated media keys, G-keys or USB pass-through. No adjustable feet.

Bottom Line: The SteelSeries Apex M750 is an excellent keyboard for seasoned gamers who care less about bells and whistles and more about fast actuation and fine-tuned control of backlighting and key assignments.

The SteelSeries Apex M750 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Review: Set Apart by Software

Mechanical keyboards may be a relative new market trend but they definitely are not a new technology. Actually, most of the first PC keyboards back in the 70's and 80's were mechanical. Their use dwindled after the introduction of electronic keyboards...

Another problem that the users of the Apex M750 will have to deal with is the lack of any extra media/programmable keys. Resorting to keystroke combinations just to lower the sound volume is at the very least impractical during a gaming session,...

SteelSeries Apex M750 TKL review: A responsive, compact, tenkeyless mechanical gaming keyboard

Our SteelSeries Apex M750 TKL review takes a look at a mechanical gaming keyboard sans number pad for more compact gaming spaces or for use simply to keep your mouse and keyboard hands closer together for more comfortable gaming.

Compact design ; Solid aluminum construction ; Customizable lighting effects ; Responsive key presses ; Key remapping and macro assignment ; Can assign configuration on a per game basis

No dedicated macro keys ; Pricier than some full-sized options ; SteelSeries Engine 3 doesn't detect all games

SteelSeries Apex M750 Keyboard Review: Expensive Efficiency

The SteelSeries Apex M750 is a competent and comfortable esports keyboard. The price is in line with other high-end RGB keyboards (such as the Razer BlackWidow Chroma at $170, or the Logitech G810 Orion Spectrum at $130), and it offers a much sleeker...

Gorgeous design ; Springy, responsive keys ; Colorful illumination ; Intuitive software

Not ideal for travel ; Lighting limitations ; Productivity drawbacks

With responsive keys and a streamlined design, the SteelSeries Apex M750 is worth considering if you’re looking into the tournament scene.
