Toshiba was very quick to replace battery ,but when I shipped back the old one it was lost charging me $138.. it took 3 days for them to find it and refund me ..Now the hard drive is overheating they say it is a fan issue ?? if it is the new one will...

nice layout, i7 win 7 640hd 6gb

within the first week of ownership battery life about an hour . NO gaming or movies ..Every once in a while it would just shut down, taking 2min or so to boot up. now with just 2 weeks of warranty with cooling fan running shutting down every 20 min -30
