Acer Aspire 7740G

Solid construction, good display. Worked out of box.

New to laptop AND Windows 7, so a few diffferences that I'm not too happy about, but suspect most of these down to Windows 7. Found mouse a bit fiddly, but Ok with external one.

Powerful, well made, good performance

Not too easy to carry everywhere

Well I use it for burning CD's the Internet and for doing letter's and Spreadsheet's and so for it has been very good, fast and rely able.

Delivery time -late. Customer ervice helpful, but see below.

Excellent Machine for price, nice new design and not that heavy! Great machine.

Good all round computer for general internet socialisin most games uses little space quiet running large storage capacity

Good value, light weight (for its size). Build quality seems decent, nice trackpad and excellent screen viewing angle. Not to full of bloatware.

Bit plasticky (but fair enough at this price point) Would have preferred a well spaced keyboard without the numeric keypad and a larger, centered trackpad.

Nice design, good size memory, large screen is excellent, easy to work

Battery life is a bit poor but no worse than any other laptop
