Solid laptop!

 

I love this machine. It is my second Acer laptop; both have been rock solid. This machine is speedy, affordable. I have had it for over a year now, and I have had absolutely ZERO issues with it. The keys have a nice feel, the image is nice and sharp

It is quite large. The speakers are quite weak.

Watch out if performance seems poor at beginning or falls off during yewar of warrantee; suspect HDD and run tests; I have had several fail and suspected junk background software, popups, maleware and viruses but ChkDsk and Seagate SEA Tools showed HDD...

It has a decent chip. decent amount of memory. HD is a bit small but workable ; Wasn't over-loaded with junk programs and apps ; Easy to use the keyboard which was a biggy for someone who never owned a laptop before ; Nice big screen

Cam isn't the best. Even with Acer's help I can't access advanced cam controls ; Audio is terrible but then it's a mid range laptop so i wasn't expecting to have great sound
