Is quick when properly working

First time i used it it went into recovery mode and kept looping had to rebuild windows twice before it worked properly, maybe a monday machine

Ask my wife - it's hers. Bought another Acer as the previous two models have served us well. Don't know about battery life as it mostly used with a mains connection.

Touch pad control not that easy.

Windows 10 installed, takes some time to get used to after W7

Touchpad is very sensitive and needs to tapped in the middle to "enter", being right handed, natural position is to use the touchpad on the right. there a lot of stuff preinstalled that you do not need.

Not easy to fit extra memory?

Very good performance for cost . Windows 10 preloaded.

Keyboard sounds 'clanky' ; number pad won't stay locked.
