Versatile and elegant design, good size screen, and very responsive. Lovely and compact, which makes it great for when you're on the move. Also good battery life

There isn't a webcam, which is usually standard with laptops nowadays. Also there isn't a touchpad driver installed, therefore you have to search the internet to find one if you don't like tap-to-click as it is already enabled.

never buy refurbished as the one we bought was still broken and had to be taken back.

Failure to install windows upon 1st use

Its very light in weight very good value for money.

I brought this Lap Top for my Teenager Son, but he has found a couple off his games wouldn't install, when they do on other Lap Tops. Other then that its great.

several start up problems, system restore and recovery options dont exist, drivers failing one by one with no support options...
